3089937 - How to update candidate's first or last name - Onboarding 1.0

First or last name has been altered in RCM, how to make the same changes on the Onboarding process already initiated?

After starting Onboarding from RCM the Recruiter need to change the name in RCM, this will not reflect in Onboarding since the process in Onboarding has already started.

The Post Hire Verification (PHV) is the first step in Onboarding where representatives can review all the data that flowed from RCM and the step where it is possible to alter if needed. At this point the name can be reviewed and corrected.

If the process is beyond PHV the only way to alter the name is restarting the Onboarding moving to the first step (PHV).
