3089968 - Cannot process BPC dimension due to ITAB DUPLICATE_KEY dump

• Below error is received in ST22 while trying to process BPC dimension:

What happened?
    Error in the ABAP application program.

    The current ABAP program "CL_UJAM_MASTER_DATA_STORE=====CP" had to be
     terminated because it found a
    statement that could not be executed.

Error analysis
    An attempt was made to insert an entry into table
     "{O:88*\CLASS=CL_UJAM_MEMBER_VALIDATOR}\DATA=DT_ACTIVE_MEMBER_NAMES".
     Updating
    unique table key "PRIMARY_KEY" resulted in a duplicate entry however. The key
     in
    question could be either the primary key or a secondary key.

    The key components of the duplicate entry have the values "{WIL}" " " " "
