3090002 - Account Team Determination not Possible

You would like to know if it is possible to automatically determine party roles into the account team view of an account.

Determination of account team party roles (custom 'z-roles' or standard roles) is currently not possible by standards. They are considered as direct assignments.

This is the system standard behavior. 

The only exception to this is the party role 'Employee Responsible'; for that you need to setup a workflow of type action "Assign me as Owner" for the account business object. This workflow adds the logged employee as 'Employee Responsible' to the account team. You can also consider working with Territory Teams (that supports this scenario).
