3090048 - SCC4 (table T000) was changed after client copy

After running the new client copy tool (SCCLN, SCC9N, SCC8N), it was found that SCC4 or Table T000 of the source client was changed during the client copy:

The settings of SCC4 were not altered, but the "Last Changed By" and "Date" fields of SCC4 were updated during the client copy.
