Even after cleaning orphaned types from your system, you still notice there's inconsistency in the type system, e.g. when checking types from Backoffice or using flexible search query, it's not functioning as expected as defined in your items.xml file. E.g.:
- Certain deployment table is missing.
- Type structure is different as what is defined.
- SQL search error - Invalid object name '[issue type]' found in logs while executing query, but the issue type is actually defined properly.
