3090325 - Multiple PPF actions can be selected and executed in same save operation for a ChaRM Change Document

• A user selects a PPF action in a Change Document while in "Edit" mode (e.g. 'Confirm Successful Test') by mistake.
• They don't save yet, and select action ' Reset Status to "In Development"' in an attempt to undo the initial incorrect PPF action selection.
• All Transport and status change actions are completed when the Change Document is saved. 
• Last selected PPF action is not the only one executed if multiple PPF actions are selected by user before saving a Change Document.
• Multiple PPF action logs are documented in single entry of general note under Text log, like the screenshot.
• If the Change document contains multiple TRs (Transport request), and the actions scheduled is "pass successfully" and "reset to in Development", you may also find part of the TRs were released and others were not.
