Symptom

  • Error message while trying to reset password for user and trigger the password reset email: "An error has occurred and the email to this address bounced back"
  • Admin reports that users are not getting emails from Litmos
  • Dashboard Activity Logs,>Email category shows emails in a Not Delivered status
  • Dashboard Activity Logs,>Email category shows emails with a Error or Failure tag
