3090500 - ODP: LEAFFROM, LEAFTO and IOBJNM do not exist in Hierarchy interval

Symptom

In the classic SAPI method, LEAFFROM, LEAFTO and IOBJNM exist in the segment 5 (interval) of the Hierarchy datasource. 
But in ODP scenario, segment 5 has no field LEAFFROM, LEAFTO and IOBJNM anymore.

E.g. 0COSTELMNT_0102_HIER has NODEID/LEAFFROM/LEAFTO/KSTAR as the interval fields in SAPI, while in ODP OBJECTID/HEADERID/NODEID/KSTAR is used instead.
