3090560 - Getting error of "Error in the http client" when check configuration for "Transport Management Service" within Integration Suite tenant settings

Symptom

  • Integration Suite cannot connect to Transport Management Service.
  • When click on "Check Configuration" under the Transport tab for "Transport Management Service" transport mode, it shows error "Error in the http client".
  • When checking browser console log, you are able to see 500 Internal Server Error for similar request : 
    GET https://<Integration Suite host>..../itspaces/.../.../TransportSettings?action=Validate&selectedMode=SLS_D2CTS_CLOUD
  • You have verified that all of the parameters and destination have been setup correctly.
