3090612 - Promoted Unit of Measure related errors in the Manage Promotional Offers Fiori App

Symptom

You can experience one of the following symptoms:

  • The UOM is not filled in the Manager Promotional Offers App
    You see dump SYNTAX_ERROR related to  /DMF/CL_OFR_MD_SRV
  • The app does not display any data
    In the front end error log (/iwfnd/error_log) you see: Association name: 'TermObjectPromotedUoMs' ABAP field name '' already exists
  • Product group keeps loading in the app
  • When updating offer there is an error message Failed to read property 'Unit' at offset '54' due to a Null UoM
