3090686 - Business Scenario Integration Failed - EC employee replication to C4C from SFSF

Symptom

It is being attempted to consume the existing business scenario EC employee replication to C4C for Ask HR to replicate the employees to C4C (Cloud for Customer). When the integrations are executed, such fails with a similar error to the below:

soap-env:ServerWeb service processing error; more details in the web service error log on provider side (UTC timestamp 00000; Transaction ID 0000)

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center

Resolution

With the recent proceedings and discussion with the SAP Engineering team and the Product Management leadership members, it has been decided that the current Integration Center based solution is being deprecated. SAP Support strongly recommends to SAP customers to adopt the CPI based solution, which requires the CPI license. 

Therefore, this does mean that the SAP Support and Engineering teams will not be providing further assistance on Integration Center based solution issues as such is being deprecated.
