3090857 - Message "You have exceeded the daily rate limit (100) of meeting" on ZOOM ILT session in Litmos.

Symptom

Rate limits are depending on the Zoom Account level. For example when creating creating an ILT session , if the limit have reacht out the system will pop up the error:
"You have exceeded the daily rate limit (100) of Meeting Created/Updated API requests permitted for this particular user. You may resume these requests at GMT 00:00:00"
