3090881 - Contact person's email address is not copied over from customer master data - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The email address is maintained well in the customer master data of a contact person. However, when creating a sales order, the email address for the contact person is not copied over from the master data in partner function tab.

The email address is not maintained in the correct part.

Please follow the steps below to maintain the email address for contact person, if you'd like to display it in the sales order partner function part.

1. Open Manage Customer Master Data app.
2. Search for the specific business partner who is the target Sold-to Party.
3. Click into the business partner.
4. Go to the 'Contact' tab and enter the content.
5. Maintain the email address here so that it would be displayed in the partner function tab of a sales order.
