3090972 - Logic script stops working after large key figure is enabled

Symptom

You have a script logic which uses the "!==" operator.

Below is an example:

*REC(EXPRESSION = (%VALUE%) > ([T_TIME].[%LASTYEAR_END%]) && (%VALUE%) !== 0 ? %VALUE%-[T_TIME].[%LASTYEAR_END%]:0,T_FLOW = F_TECH10,T_AUDITTRAIL = D1011110)

It works before you enable large key figure for the model but it stops working after you enable large key figure.
