3091021 - How to add Attachments from Display Purchase Requisitions

Symptom

Unable to add Attachment for the Purchase Requisition Item in Display Purchase Requisitions app.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. App: Manage Purchase Requisitions - Professional
  2. Select the PR ID and click on it
  3. This navigates to 'Display Purchase Requisitions' view
  4. Click on Display/Change
  5. Notice the attachment tab but doesn't find the option to add the attachment

Resolution

When system navigates to the Display Purchase Requisitions view and-

  1. Click on Display/Change
  2. Click on the Item Overview and select the line item
  3. Notice that the Attachment/Document icon doesn't provide you the option to attach document
  4. Click on More > Services for Object > Create Attachment, a message popup 'The application wants to upload a file to the SAP system' is received
  5. Click on OK and attach the relevant document from the system and Save.
