After initiating the onboarding from Recruiting, the Hiring Manager is unable to see the ''Review New Hire Data'' tile on his home page. Also from the home drop down menu the On/Offboarding module is not showing.

Reproducing the Issue
After initiating the onboarding from Recruiting, the Hiring Manager is unable to see the ''Review New Hire Data'' tile on his home page.
Resolution
Go to provisioning and enable “Instance Synchronization”.
Then you have to add an additional permission to the role you assign to the BPE User : Manage Instance Synchronization - Sync MDF Picklists
Now you can test with the new candidate.
