3091102 - Incorrect CC role in Position Workflow - SAP Employee Central

Workflow shows parent parent position incumbent as CC when manager perform change in direct reports positions. This is noted when using CC Role as Parent Position CC role within workflow configuration.

1. Log as Manager:
   
   
   
   
   
2. Select a direct report position and edit the position
3. Workflow will be triggered with Parent position of the manager (manager manager):
   
   
4.  Now log as the approver and when clicking to "View Workflow Participants" CC role shows the correct Manager that triggered the workflow:
   
   

This is a UI issue and was found as a defect. Please note that CC roles alerts will be triggered to the correct parent position as this is just a display issue.

Engineering team plans to fix this issue on 2111 release, in case the fix date change this KBA will be updated.
