Symptom

In Confirm Production Order Operation app (CO11N), there are missing activities in the screen entry of confirmations. There are no 6 activities available to be filled.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Confirm Production Order Operation app (CO11N)
  2. Check the Activities section
  3. Less than 6 activities are displayed

Cause

Not all activities are visible in the Confirm Production Order Operation app (CO11N) because some services are configured as Hidden in SSCUI Define Single-Screen Entry for Confirming Production Orders.

Resolution

Activities configured with the Hidden indicator in SSCUI Define Single-Screen Entry for Confirming Production Orders are not displayed in the app.

To control which activities are shown in the app, adjust the Hidden indicator accordingly:

  • Flag the indicator to hide an activity
  • Unflag the indicator to display an activity
