3091652 - Receiving notification with wrong name - Onboarding 1.0

Manager is receiving a notification from Onboarding with different name in the body (it is supposed to be his/her name).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Using the key "ManagerFullName" in the notification, if the value is changed in RCM this will change key value in Onboarding through integration between RCM and ONB.

To solve this issue you can either:

• Use the key "FirstManagerFullName". This key contains the first name from the beginning of Onboarding
  
  • or
• Use a specific Key from Onboarding Panels
