Recruiting Management provides a standard built-in report capability related to job requisition information, Recruiting Reports. 

This is an old feature with limited capabilities and no new enhancements, so this tool will be deprecated.

SuccessFactors - Recruiting Management

In an effort to avoid parallel or competing features, we plan to end maintenance and support for Requisition Reports by consolidating reporting capabilities via Report Center/ People Analytics. Unlike Requisition Reports which have the capability to report on job requisitions alone, Report Center and People Analytics allow you to report across requisitions, applications, candidates, offers and other recruiting data. Additionally, when you use Report Center/ People Analytics, you can permission admin users and other end users (such as recruiters and hiring managers) distinctly thereby restricting access to unauthorized data.
