Symptom

Cannot edit or make any changes to SSCUI 102659 – Assign Semantic Tags to Financial Statement Versions 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to app Manage Your Solution
  2. Select Configure Your Solution
  3. Select the configuration step Assign Semantic Tags to Financial Statement Versions (SSCUI 102659) under Application Area Finance and Sub Application Area General Ledger
  4. Click on Configure
  5. Cannot edit or make any changes.

Cause

The SSCUI 102659 will be in the display due to either of the following reasons:

  1. For the business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_FSV_PC assigned to the user, the Write Access is configured as No Access.
  2. The Q2P maintenance mode for Financial Statement Versions is not active for the system.

Resolution

  1. Maintain the Write Access as Unrestricted for the business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_FSV_PC assigned to the user.
  2. If the Q2P maintenance mode for Financial Statement Versions is not active for the system, complete the changes with app Assign Semantic Tags to FSV instead.
