SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
When trying to forward a risk or response proposal there is no option to select to whom this is to be forwarded to.
Example is Risk Expert 1 has received the proposal but this should be Risk Expert 2. Risk Expert 1 try to ‘forward’ the request to Risk Expert 2 but there is nothing to allow this to happen. We cannot forward to any user.
