3092601 - Candidate Data upload in provisioning

Symptom

In Candidate Data Upload through Provisioning (Candidate import), 'resume' field is mandatory.

However if we are uploading Candidate Profiles without maintaining 'resume', it is still getting uploaded. Candidate profiles are created without Resume.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

Fill the details in the .csv file
Exclude fields Resume, country, phoneCountryCode fields excluded
upload the file to SFTP server
Login to provisioning
Manage scheduled jobs > Candidate import > import the file
Monitor job > Candidate import > Details
Successfully uploaded

Cause

Not all required="True" fields are validated by the system code

Resolution

Resume, country, phoneCountryCode except for these fields all the other mandatory fields or required="True" is mandatory field and are excluded for required field validation as per code

Workaround is to upload once the candidate profile is created.
