ORD/Canvas is a reporting tool that runs in a WFA tenant via Report Center in BizX SuccessFactors.

Any BizX instance that has ORD/Canvas reports must have a respective WFA tenant. Example:

A SuccessFactors instance "companyID" in DC4PROD that has existing ORD/Canvas reports, must be integrated with a WFA tenant "companyID" in WFA4PROD. Therefore, if the WFA tenant "companyID" is decommissioned, all ORD/Canvas reports from the BizX SuccessFactors instance "companyID" will be lost.

If you are submitting a request for WFA decommissioning, please review if your company is still running ORD/Canvas reports in the respective WFA tenant. If so, but you still need to decommission WFA, only the WFA cube should be purged and the WFA tenant itself must remain intact.

NOTE: If you lost the ORD/Canvas reports because the WFA tenant was decommissioned, please raise a support ticket asking to restore the WFA tenant.
