3092691 - Job Application Status Mismatch in "For You Today" Card on New Home Page - Recruiting Management

The Application status appears different inside "For You Today" cards on the New Home Page.

1. Open the New Home Page as an internal candidate.  
2. Observe that the current status showing inside the "For You Today" card for a job application you have applied is different from the one displayed inside "Job Applications".  

A possible cause is that the job responsible for synchronizing the application data between RCM and the New Home Page has not been scheduled inside Provisioning, causing a mismatch between the two pages.  

• Check if the required job "Sync Recruiting Job Application Data with Home Page Card Service" is configured inside Provisioning.  
• If the job is not configured, create the job inside Provisioning. Engage your Professional Services Team or Partner if needed.  
• Do not configure the job as recurring. This job's purpose is to fix existing data, so it should only run once.  
• When you close or withdraw your job application, or if you are disqualified, the application card is removed from the latest home page.  
• When the job requisition is closed, candidates in "In Progress" status will have their applications understood by the system as disqualified. The exception is the "Hired" status, which maintains the application valid after the requisition is closed because the candidate has been hired. In this case, the application card will remain visible for internal candidates on the latest home page for 60 days from the last modified date (when the requisition has been closed).  
  6. If the statuses still do not match after running the job, submit a ticket to the Support Team.
