Symptom

The delta extraction fails with error:

SODQ 666 Invalid Entry IT_DATA[13001]-**
SODQ 006 Error occurred during serialization
SODQ 666 No character set conversions possible for one or more characters.
SODQ 666 Section from the source buffer from the first character that could not be converted: "(..)"
SODQ 666 The argument ‘X‘ cannot be interpreted as a number
SODQ 666 Character set conversion not possible for one or more characters
SODQ 666 Source data from the first non-convertible byte
