3092847 - HTTP Inbound Connection to Cloud Integration by using Client Certificates failed with Error Code 401

Symptom

Your Cloud Integration is running on NEO and 401 error is when your client tried to connect to it by using client certificates.
ljs_trace shows following error message:

<timestamp> #ERROR#com.sap.esb.security.cloud.authentication.CloudAuthenticationFilter##anonymous#https-jsse-nio-8041-exec-XXXXXXXXXXXXX#na#na#na#na#client certificate status from load balancer: No Certificate Presented from client side
<timestamp> #ERROR#com.sap.esb.security.cloud.authentication.CloudAuthenticationFilter##anonymous#https-jsse-nio-8041-exec-XXXXXXXXXXXXX#na#na#na#na#client certificate received at load balancer: none

Different clients may provide different information in client traces. Here is an example of information shown in SAP Netweaver smicm trace:

Cannot perform client authentication: Have no certificate fitting to CA names received
Sending message with empty certificate list [ssl3_send_client_certificate]
Sending empty Certificate message. [tls1_empty_cert_list]
