- Is it possible to freeze the Interview rating at a particular status?
- Is it possible to freeze the interview rating so it's not editable after being completed?

Resolution
Currently it is not possible to freeze the Interview Rating in a particular status.
Even for the closed job requisitions the Interview rating can be modified, which is currently a system limitation.
If you believe having such functionality would be a good feature for Recruiting Management module, please submit this idea to our Influence Page, where you can submit an idea or search and vote for existing ideas that you consider relevant in the Influence Page, so they can become an enhancement for future product versions.
