3093077 - Disable Photo Access for External Users Gets an Error - Onboarding

Symptom

User is clicking at Disable button under Photo Access for External Users and error is displayed: Your eSignature settings cannot be changed. Ensure that you have enabled SuccessFactors e-Signature in Admin Center.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Center > Onboarding 2.0 General Settings > Photo Access for external users and select Disable.
  2. An error displays: Your eSignature settings cannot be changed. Ensure that you have enabled SuccessFactors e-Signature in Admin Center.

Resolution

  1. In Admin Center > Platform Feature Settings, disabled and enabled back the Enable SuccessFactors eSignature feature
  2. Go to Admin Center > Onboarding General Settings > Photo Access for external users and select Disable.
  3. Photo access is disabled
