3093078 - 403 or 503 responses when accessing the SYSTEMDB through internal HANA Web Dispatcher

Symptom

A "403: Access Denied" or "503 Service unavailable" page is displayed when trying to access the SYSTEMDB through the internal HANA Web Dispatcher.

Access to the tenant DB works.

The "webdispatcher.ini" file does not have a "wdisp/system_X" parameter for the SYSTEMDB, although it can be seen through the HANA Studio (under "webdispatcher.ini" -> "profile") and the Web Dispatcher service has already been restarted.

The "dev_webdisp" trace shows the following entry:

webdispatchersystemgenerator.cpp(00133) : Virtual hostname [...] already used! No wdisp/system will be generated for database SYSTEMDB
