3093122 - SELECT from UNICHAR returns unexpected characters - SAP ASE


Characters inserted into unichar (or univarchar) columns are replaced by other characters when selected back out.

Example:  A value such as '言传' is inserted, but SELECT returns 'è¨�ä¼'
