3093180 - SAP CM LDAP authentication with External LDAP is not working

You want to perform the integration between SAP CM and an external LDAP, but it is not working. 

You can see the following on the logs:

Primary authentication failed: Failed to authenticate LDAP user. Trying Standard Accessor
SEVERE: Retrieving user from external authentication system failed, reverting to standard authentication
Duplicate user detected! ldap user cannot have the same name as an mz user
