Symptom
Getting Secret has not defined error in provisioning after saving the PFS credentials
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to Provisioning
- Company Settings
- Filter on "Print Forms Generation"
- Update the Basic Authentication Credentials
- Save
- Error appears "Secret has not defined"
Cause
- This was a known issue post Instance Refresh wherein a script had to be executed to wipe the bad data.
- However, the Engineering Team has fixed the issue and there is no need to run a script anymore.
Resolution
For Implementation Partners/Clients who have access to Provisioning:
- Kindly login to Provisioning > Company Settings
- Under "Enable Print Form Services"
- Enter the Username and Password
- Save the credentials
Customers who do not have access to Provisioning:
- Kindly raise a new ticket with the component LOD-SF-OBX-DOC. Please share the PFS login credentials along with the company ID.
