3093421 - Enhanced People Selector in Latest Goal Management - 2H 2021

• As of the 2H 2021 release, it is now possible to view Matrix Manager/Report relationships, and search for people by name in the People Selector panel on the Latest Goal Management (both Performance and Development Goals).
• With this release, the People Selector panel will now be opened/expanded by default when accessing the Goals page.

The Search functionality in the People Selector is dependent on the "User Search" and "Goal Management Access" role-based permissions and target population.

Important Notes

• Only the Goal Plan templates that the logged in user has permission to view will be displayed. 
• When the logged in user selects a target user to access their goal plan for the first time, the most recent template uploaded to Provisioning will open for that target user. 
• The action and field permissions defined in the XML will determine what the logged in user can action or view on the target user's goal plan. 
• Peers are not included in the People Selector panel with this release. 
• Pagination is applied on the People Selector - this allows the user to keep scrolling down to view more users in the list.
