Customers have reported multiple queries regarding tokens that can be added in Onboarding/Offboarding email templates and tasks.

Reproducing the Issue

Few of the queries presented by customers regarding tokens-

  • From where does the token [[COMPANY_NAME]] in Onboarding email templates derives its value for different candidates?
  • Is there a way to add Legal Entity of a candidate in the email templates? 
  • Is it possible to add tokens in the list of available tokens in Onboarding or Offboarding email templates?
  • Is there a way to add company code(Legal Entity) in the list of token for pre-defined Onboarding or Offboarding tasks like Welcome Message Task?
  • Is it possible to add images for pre-defined Onboarding or Offboarding tasks like Welcome message task?

Resolution

  • From where does the token [[COMPANY_NAME]] in Onboarding email templates derives its value for different candidates?  The [[COMPANY_NAME]] is the name of the company in provisioning. Similar to Company logo, it will be same in all emails.
  • Is there a way to add Legal Entity of a candidate in the email templates? For Legal Entity currently there is no token available as confirmed by the Engineering Team. This customer requirement can be added in future enhancements.  Customer can submit an Enhancement Request for the same.
  • Is it possible to add tokens in the list of available tokens in Onboarding or Offboarding email templates? Currently we do not support adding custom tokens in Onboarding or Offboarding email templates
  • Is there a way to add company code(Legal Entity) in the list of token for pre-defined Onboarding and Offboarding tasks like Welcome Message Task? Only the supported tokens in the list (insert token) can be added in the Onboarding and Offboarding Tasks
  • Is it possible to add images for pre-defined Onboarding tasks like Welcome message task? Only text is supported currently
