Symptom

Forms are failing to launch after choosing the Goal Plans in Variable Pay template.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Compensation Home;
  2. Select Variable Pay template;
  3. Set Bonus Calculation;
  4. Select Number of Business Goal Sections  to "Multiple";
  5. Select more than 5 plans -> launching form fails.

Cause

Although you can select multiple as an option in the "Number of business goal sections", for the forms to be launched, you can only select up to 5 plans.

Resolution

When selecting Goal Plans, under Set Bonus Calculation for a Variable Pay template, choose up to 5 plans in order to launch the worksheets.
