3093837 - BWCCMS can not show the monitor information of all process chain log ids

Symptom

BWCCMS can not show the monitor information for all the process chain log ids, for example there is one process chain, and you can see 5 log ids for this process chain from t-cd=rspc.

But on BWCCMS, can only see 3 entries for this process chain even the KBA 2133979 has been followed.
