3093943 - Field mapping from ONB to EC - Onboarding 1.0

While mapping the HR field in Job relations from ONB to EC. The field mapping variant is getting defaulted to President though we are saving it as HR.

Non-unique code is equal to different options in the BizX > Picklist Center > jobRelType.

The Non-unique code need to be different for this picklist.

Changing this value for uniques inside this picklist will solve this issue of not being able to save and keep the value desired.

1. Go to the Picklist Center 
2. Search for jobRelType
3. Change this values of Non-unique External Code, one for each option
4. This field should be mapped in Data Dictionary as string
