3094174 - Download template for job history no fields available to select

• When selecting download template and then selected job history, there are no data fields available to select to generate the required template.

• The problem is due to field label translations missing.
• For example: specific country the fields labels are not defined in English-US language (Since English-US is the language setting in the logged in user profile).

 

• Define the field labels translation in English-US and all other enabled languages in system for all fields and country/region-specific fields.
• Workaround: In Login user profile -->Setting--> Change Language to a language for which all field label translations are available. After changing language, you can download Job History/Job Info Template.
