Why is the Email Template (ONB) Continue Onboarding Process Template not triggering?

• (ONB) Continue Onboarding process Template will be only working in the situation there is a Custom Data Collection process configured from Process Variant Manager.
• The original purpose for this Email Template is to ask the candidates to complete addition paperwork task. So the logic for this Email template to be triggered is as below: Personal Data Collection completed by the new hire> Custom Data Collection created> New hire should be login to the instance and to complete the CDC step.
• Though if you do have a CDC step and the template doesn't trigger as expected then you may need to raise a case with the Product Support Team so we may be able to investigate what is not triggering for the template/candidate.
