3094182 - Integration Issue with SSN field - Onboarding 1.0

Value of SSN is mapped between RCM and Onboarding but the value is not appearing in Onboarding panels (second step).

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

• Onboarding is expect to have the Key SSN mapped without "-", which means 9 digits
• Value of SSN is blank on PHV

In order to have SSN in the second step (NES) field must be on first step (PHV) panel.

1. Map a custom key (CustomSSN) in Setup Onboarding 1.0 Integration
2. Add an Assign Action to the process, first step in Super Admin:
   1. Key: SSN
   2. Value: {CustomSSN,charat=1}{CustomSSN,charat=2}{CustomSSN,charat=3}{CustomSSN,charat=5}{CustomSSN,charat=6}{CustomSSN,charat=8}{CustomSSN,charat=9}{CustomSSN,charat=10}{CustomSSN,charat=11}

The value will be in the panel on PHV (with no "-"), then it will be on NES as expected

Note: The value of SSN cannot be blank at first step or it will not populate the panel in NES.
