Symptom

It's not clear how to maintain business user when reporting case for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

It's necessary to have business user (CB user) for SAP Support to do the investigation in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.

Resolution

In the case - Contacts tab, you can follow steps in below screenshot to add the Business User. Then the CB user will be automatically populated when SAP Support is trying to connect to the system.
