3094257 - Unable to Delete or Withdraw Feedback Request with a 'Request Pending' Status

Symptom

When viewing sent feedback in Continuous Feedback, there aren't any options available to delete the feedback request.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to SuccessFactors
  2. Navigate to Home dropdown > Continuous Feedback
  3. Select the Feedback Requests Sent tab
  4. Requests with a 'Request Pending' status do not have options to delete or withdraw the request

Cause

Expected behavior

Resolution

The system interprets the "giver" of feedback as the owner of the feedback. When a feedback request is sent, the recipient is now the owner of the request. As a result, the "sender" cannot delete or withdraw the request. The following options are available:
