3094266 - Incorrect job board access due to posting profiles configuration - Recruiting Posting

Symptom

My posting profile should have access only to certain job boards, but in the Posting profile configuration I see some other job boards as well. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

Cause

Job board's availability is not correctly set up.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Manage Recruiting Posting > My Job Boards.
  2. Locate your job board using the search functionality.
  3. Access the Credentials tab and verify the Posting profiles in the second step while editing your configurations.
  4. Ensure that the same Posting profiles are listed in the Availability tab.
  5. If adjustments are necessary, update the availability by selecting Edit set of posting profiles and unchecking the relevant boxes.
