3094385 - Error Message: Communication arrangement for Utilities Account Overview not found

You are working with Utilities and find the error "Communication arrangement for Utilities Account Overview not found".

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Customers work center.
2. Select the Accounts view.
3. Open Account ID 123 (123 represents the Account ID).
4. Go to the tab Utilities Financials.

Error message is seen.

 This error is seen due missing configuration.

One possible cause is the lack of the Communication Scenario "ERP Utility Management Integration".

1. Go to the Administrator work center.
2. Select the General Settings view.
3. Under Integration, click on Communication Arrangements and then New.
4. Select the Communication Scenario "ERP Utility Management Integration".
5. Proceed with configuration.
