Symptom

ASE error log shows:

00:0002:00000:00xxx:yyyy/MM/dd hh:mm:ss.ms kernel Job Scheduler Agent Directory Control Layer not administrated.
00:0002:00000:00xxx:yyyy/MM/dd hh:mm:ss.ms kernel Job Scheduler Task state set to stop.
00:0002:00000:00xxx:yyyy/MM/dd hh:mm:ss.ms kernel Job Scheduler Task was not stopped by a Task shutdown request.
00:0002:00000:00xxx:yyyy/MM/dd hh:mm:ss.ms kernel Restarting Job Scheduler. 1 restart attempts left. Successful restart attempts so far 49.
00:0002:00000:00xxx:yyyy/MM/dd hh:mm:ss.ms kernel Initializing Job Scheduler Task

No log is written into JS_AGENT log.
