3094534 - Migration job is stuck when there are still free jobs available

You notice the migration jobs in different migration projects are stuck.

• In Monitoring page, you can find the job with "Active Jobs" showing 0/1 and "0/<xx> processed".
• The system stucked in the Validation step ( 5% ).
• Validation failed.
