3094588 - Report RODPS_REPL_TEST hang

Symptom

Testing the datasource (full or delta mode) using report rodps_repl_test hangs for a long time. SM66 shows report SAPLSAL2 but never finishes.

While using RSA3 for the datasource, it can return data records quickly.

No extraction job can be seen in ODQMON;

or

ODQMON shows that the extraction job is 'Canceled'.
