3094590 - Document Due Notification is sent even if the Requisition is closed - Recruiting Management

Document Due Notification is still delivered even if the pre-approved requisition is closed. 

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. In Form Template Settings, set the Default Due Notification for your specific requisition form (Note: Document Due Notification is sent out before Default Due Notification Date (in days) of Form Due Date.).

2. Create  Requisition (Due date should have been defined automatically).

3. Once the requisition has been created, proceed with closing the requisition.

4. Based on the Due Notification Date (in days) you will receive an Document Due Notification email. 

This is an expected behavior wherein the Document Due Notification will still still be sent even though the requisition has been closed and the requisition needs to be approved to prevent due notification emails being sent
