3094681 - FileNotFoundException error in CPM for PI

Symptom

  • When install Cloud Print Manager for Pull Integration and try to create new runtime system,
    below error occurs.

          "System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Net.Http'"

  • Error occurs when try to start service 'SAP Cloud Print Service for Pull Integration'.
    Error 1067 Process terminated unexpectedly.
    Microsft.NET Framework window shows error "Unhandled exception has occured in your application"
